1 Accepting these terms

This website is run by Arora Shop, Bhram Butta Market, near the Golden Temple, Amritsar. By browsing it or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site — you're always welcome to call, WhatsApp, or visit the counter directly instead.

2 Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Product photos are representative — natural variation in cloth, wood, brass and steel means the exact piece you receive may differ slightly in shade or grain from the photo. Stock shown on the site reflects our best current count, but on rare occasions an item may sell out at the counter before the site updates.

3 Orders & payment

We accept UPI and, where offered, Cash on Delivery, subject to any minimum or maximum order value shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm and dispatch it. We may cancel and refund an order we're unable to fulfil — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock.

4 Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within India. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Delivery estimates given at checkout or by our team are our best expectation, not a guarantee — they can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

5 Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6 Your account

Signing in (with Google) lets you check out faster and track your orders. You're responsible for keeping your own Google account secure — we never ask for its password, and orders placed from your signed-in account are treated as placed by you.

7 Content & ownership

The Arora Shop name, logo, and the text and photography on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except for the ordinary use of browsing and ordering.

8 Liability

We take reasonable care over what we sell and how it's described, but we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or delay in delivery. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law.

9 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
